The UYK1235 is a track-mounted vibrating screening plant that sizes crushed stone, sand and gravel into clean, saleable fractions on site.
Multi-deck screening (2-3 deck options) delivers up to 50-100 m³/h of throughput, powered by a Cummins 43 kW diesel engine.
Screening directly behind a crusher closes the production loop - oversize returns to the crusher and finished fractions stockpile without loader shuttling. Remote-controlled operation, tracked mobility and a 12-month warranty are standard on every UPSEN machine, with EU conformity documentation and OEM spare parts support for customers in 80+ countries.

The UPSEN UYK1235 is a mobile aggregate screener built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 50-100 m³/h, fed from a 2.0 m³/hopper and taking material up to < 150 mm at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer -10.0 m and 8.8 tons -and is driven by Cummins 43 kW, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a mobile aggregate screener, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.

Yes -UPSEN machines are supplied with EU conformity documentation and leave the factory ready for work. Delivery is by sea (container or flat rack) to major ports.
Payment is 30% T/T deposit with the balance paid before shipment; an irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted. Quotations are FOB Qingdao and valid for 30 days. Lead time is 15 days for standard models and 30 days for customised configurations, counted from receipt of deposit. The complete machine carries a 12-month warranty from commissioning, and wear parts such as jaw plates carry 6 months with a typical service life of 800-1,200 hours depending on the feed material.
