The UJC425 is a track-mounted mobile jaw crusher engineered for primary crushing of hard rock - granite, basalt, river stone - and reinforced demolition concrete.
Compression between the fixed and moving jaw plates reduces up to 400×250 mm of feed to fully adjustable discharge sizes, at rates of 6-8 t/h. A HAIRUN 14 HP (Stage 5) diesel engine drives the unit. Rebar is liberated during crushing and can be removed by the optional belt magnet and side conveyor.
The mobile jaw crusher is the standard first stage in quarrying, mining and C&D recycling lines, feeding directly into a screener or secondary crusher. The UPSEN UJC425 is a tracked mobile jaw crusher built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 6-8 t/h, fed from a 0.3 m³ hopper and taking material up to 180×300 mm at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 1800×760×1700 mm and 1,300 kg — and is driven by HAIRUN 14 HP (Stage 5), so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a tracked mobile jaw crusher, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.

Payment is 30% T/T deposit with the balance paid before shipment; an irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted. Quotations are FOB Qingdao and valid for 30 days. Lead time is 15 days for standard models and 30 days for customised configurations, counted from receipt of deposit. The complete machine carries a 12-month warranty from commissioning, and wear parts such as jaw plates carry 6 months with a typical service life of 800-1,200 hours depending on the feed material.
