The UYK221 is a heavy-duty tracked scalping screen that strips dirt, fines and oversize from contaminated feed before it reaches the crusher.

Built for demolition rubble, overburden, recycled aggregate and mine feed, it screens up to 30-80 t/h, powered by a Kubota 18.2 kW / 25 HP Diesel diesel drive.

The UPSEN UYK221 is a mobile scalping screener built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 30-80 t/h, fed from a 1.5 m³/hopper and taking material up to < 200 mm at the inlet.

The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer -5700×100×550 mm and 5.2 tons -and is driven by Kubota 18.2 kW / 25 HP Diesel, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
