The UZS1340 is a heavy-duty tracked scalping screen that strips dirt, fines and oversize from contaminated feed before it reaches the crusher.
Built for demolition rubble, overburden, recycled aggregate and mine feed, it screens up to 4 m³, powered by a Cummins 61 kW/73 HP diesel drive.
Scalping first protects downstream crushers and screens from wear and blockage - lowering operating cost across the whole plant. Remote-controlled operation, tracked mobility and a 12-month warranty are standard on every UPSEN machine, with EU conformity documentation and OEM spare parts support for customers in 80+ countries.

The UPSEN UZS1340 is a mobile scalping screener built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 120-300 t/h, fed from a 4 m³/hopper and taking material up to -at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer -11.8×.7×.3 m and 21,500 kg -and is driven by Cummins 61 kW/73 HP, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a mobile scalping screener, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
