The UIC80 is a track-mounted mobile impact crusher built to turn demolition concrete, asphalt (RAP) and medium-hard rock into cubical, well-graded aggregate on site.
A high-speed rotor and adjustable impact aprons shape the product in a single pass, with rated throughput of 3 m³. A Cummins QSF5.9/154 kW/210 HP diesel engine delivers the power. Feed enters through up to 860×720 mm of feed.
The tracked impact crusher is the economical choice for recycling contractors and demolition firms that need saleable aggregate without hauling material off site. Remote-controlled operation, tracked mobility and a 12-month warranty are standard on every UPSEN machine, with EU conformity documentation and OEM spare parts support for customers in 80+ countries.

The UPSEN UIC80 is a tracked mobile impact crusher built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 30-150 t/h, fed from a 3 m³ hopper and taking material up to 500 mm at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 11.6×2.3×2.7 m (working) and 24,000 kg — and is driven by Cummins QSF5.9/154 kW/210 HP, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a tracked mobile impact crusher, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
| Model | Capacity | Max. feed size | Total weight |
|---|---|---|---|
| UIC80 (this model) | 30-150 t/h | 500 mm | 24,000 kg |
| UHC600 | 20-40 t/h | < 300 mm | 3.8 tons |
| UJC106 | 150-300 t/h | 630 mm | 43,268 kg |

Based on rated capacity, the following UPSEN units are usually specified together with the UIC80:
Rated capacity is 30-150 t/h. Actual output depends on the material, the feed size and the discharge setting.
The UIC80 accepts material up to 500 mm.
24,000 kg, transport size 11.6×2.3×2.7 m (working). It can be moved on a standard low-bed trailer without dismantling.
