The UJC604 is a track-mounted mobile jaw crusher engineered for primary crushing of hard rock - granite, basalt, river stone - and reinforced demolition concrete.
Compression between the fixed and moving jaw plates reduces up to 650×350 mm of feed to fully adjustable discharge sizes, at rates of 15-50 t/h. A YANMAR 35.5 kW/48 HP (EPA4/Stage5) diesel engine drives the unit. Rebar is liberated during crushing and can be removed by the optional belt magnet and side conveyor.
The mobile jaw crusher is the standard first stage in quarrying, mining and C&D recycling lines, feeding directly into a screener or secondary crusher. Remote-controlled operation, tracked mobility and a 12-month warranty are standard on every UPSEN machine, with EU conformity documentation and OEM spare parts support for customers in 80+ countries.

The UPSEN UJC604 is a tracked mobile jaw crusher built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 15-50 t/h, fed from a 1.5 m³ hopper and taking material up to 300 mm at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 2900×1600×2650 mm and 5,500 kg — and is driven by YANMAR 35.5 kW/48 HP (EPA4/Stage5), so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a tracked mobile jaw crusher, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
| Model | Capacity | Max. feed size | Total weight |

Based on rated capacity, the following UPSEN units are usually specified together with the UJC604:
Rated capacity is 15-50 t/h. Actual output depends on the material, the feed size and the discharge setting.
The UJC604 accepts material up to 300 mm.
5,500 kg, transport size 2900×1600×2650 mm. It can be moved on a standard low-bed trailer without dismantling.
