Product Description

The UMS950 is a tracked mobile shredder that uses low-speed, high-torque twin-shaft cutting to reduce bulky, tough and metal-bearing waste into recyclable fractions.

It processes C&D waste, wood and biomass, municipal solid waste and, depending on model, scrap metal and end-of-life vehicles - rated up to 180-200 t/h. A CUMMINS QSZ13-410 kW/550 HP engine provides the drive power. Operating weight is about 49,000 kg.

Output size is set by the screen configuration, and an optional over-belt magnet recovers ferrous metal from the output - the first step of any metal recycling line. Remote-controlled operation, tracked mobility and a 12-month warranty are standard on every UPSEN machine, with EU conformity documentation and OEM spare parts support for customers in 80+ countries.

The UPSEN UMS950 is a tracked mobile shredder built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is - fed from a 2000×300 mm hopper and taking material up to 2000×500 mm at the inlet.

The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer -11000×250×950 mm and 49,000 kg -and is driven by CUMMINS QSZ13-410 kW/550 HP, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.

When specifying a tracked mobile shredder, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
